matter which language they are in, these four words have real meaning at MillerCoors.  And part of that real meaning is our commitment to valuing diversity.

During the month of October, MillerCoors celebrates National Hispanic-Latino Heritage month.  We believe celebrating diversity enriches our brewery communities, businesses and partnerships.  This enrichment is strengthened every day by our great employees and the cultures they represent.   

Two of our multicultural team members, Joedis Avila and Jose Ruano, bring this to life.  They help MillerCoors build relationships within the HIspanic Community and fund education and leadership initiatives through programs such as ¡Líderes! and ¡Adelante! U.S. Education Leadership Fund. 

Inside and outside our MillerCoors communities, our employees demonstrate that MillerCoors makes more than great beer, it has great people.
